Cocktail #1 –
Gin+Tonic
We love using Sunday Gin from You & Yours Distilling Co., a woman-owned brand. It features fresh citrus, familiar juniper, and an elegant floral finish.
Just combine your gin and tonic water, and garnish with lavender, juniper, and BlueHenry lime!
Cocktail #2 –
Pimm’s cup
In this cocktail, we chose to use Ada Lovelace Gin from Great Women Spirits to celebrate National Women’s History Month. Here’s how to make it!
Combine and stir:
• 2 oz Pimm’s
• 1 oz gin Ada Lovelace Gin from Great Women Spirits
• Bar spoon of Fernet Branca
Top with ginger ale
Add a variety of fruit – we recommend fresh cucumber and BlueHenry Lemons, Pears, and Apples
Cocktail #3 –
Salty Dog
We take this classic to the next level with Wild Roots Spirits Cucumber and Grapefruit infused gin!
Rim glass with BlueHenry Strawberry Peppercorn Salt/Sugar (coming soon!)
Combine:
• 2 oz Wild Roots gin
• 4 oz grapefruit juice or seltzer
• Pinch of salt
• Garnish with BlueHenry Grapefruit

Cocktail #4 –
Sling
The stars of this drink are Sorel Liqueur & gin. Sorel is a hibiscus flavored Caribbean classic. Paired with Gray Whale small-batch Gin from California, this citrussy Sling will have you sipping on island time!
Combine and stir:
• 1.25 oz Gray Whale gin
• 3/4 oz Sorel
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz pineapple juice
• Dash of bitters
Top with club soda
Garnish with BlueHenry pineapple
Cocktail #5 –
GIN old Fashioned
This Gin Old Fashioned is a slow and simple sipper that you’ll love! We used Barr Hill Tom Cat’s barrel-aged gin.
Combine:
• 2 oz gin (barrel-aged)
• 1 tsp simple syrup
• Dash of bitters
Pour over ice cube
Garnish with any BlueHenry citrus!
