Mango ‘Flames’ – Spicy Dehydrated Mango

Inspired by the Mango carts that douse fresh cut mango with Tajin, chili, and citrus —  We’ve made what we call “Mango flames.”  Slices of mango cut to make sure you know they come with a little heat.  We add a little lime and cayenne to the dehydrated mango – but not too much to overwhelm the mango.

Add these spicy dehydrated mango flames to a Mango Margarita, a frozen mango daiquiri, a garnish for a cerveza, or as an addition to a fresh salad.
