Taking it easy? This fun, fizzy and colorful mocktail recipe still packs a flavorful punch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 parts Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer
  • Ice Cubes
  • BlueHenry Dehydrated Grapefruit
  • Mint Leaves

Tools:

  • Tall Glass

Instructions:

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then fill 1/3 full with grapefruit juice.
  2. Top up the remaining 2/3 with ginger ale or ginger beer.
  3. Garnish with a BlueHenry Dehydrated Grapefruit and mint leaves.
  4. Enjoy!
