About this Recipe:

Light, crisp, and oh-so refreshing, our Grapefruit Ginger Spritzer recipe is perfect for any happy hour.

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 parts Ginger Ale/Ginger Beer
  • Ice Cubes
  • BlueHenry Dehydrated Grapefruit
  • Mint Leaves

Tools:

Tall Glass

Instructions:

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then fill 1/3 full with grapefruit juice.
  2. Top off the remaining 2/3 with ginger ale or ginger beer.
  3. Garnish with a BlueHenry Dehydrated Grapefruit and mint leaves.
  4. Enjoy!
