How do you elevate a cocktail that is already awesome, add BlueHenry!  In this case we really did want to amplify the ginger flavor of a Pimms Cup.  Pimms is a traditional celebration of summer cocktail in England.  We love it for the summer / fall transition because it’s light and crisp but has great depth of flavor and highlights the tastes of the harvest: lemon, ginger, cucumber …  Traditionally a Pimms Cup uses ginger ale, but as we said, we wanted to amplify the ginger flavor so we used our syrup and club soda – same bubble but more ginger.
