Ingredients:

1.5 oz of white or coconut rum
.5 oz of unsweetened coconut water
1 oz of orange juice (no pulp)
1 oz Grenadine

Tools:

Shaker
Strainer

Instructions:

In a shaker half filled with ice add rum, coconut water, and orange juice
Shake and pour over ice
Pour 1 oz of Grenadine down the side of the glass so that ‘pools’ at the bottom of the glass creating a sunrise effect
Garnish with BlueHenry dehydrated blood oranges or pineapple
