Chocolate Dipped Dried Orange Slices

Instructions:

1. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2. Pour the chocolate chips into a glass bowl and microwave in 20 second increments until fully melted, stirring in between.
3. Dip orange slices half way into the melted chocolate. Twist a bit to stop any drips as you remove the slice from the chocolate and place the dipped slice onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with
   each slice, then place the dipped slices and baking sheet in the fridge to chill for at least 15 minutes.
4. Once chilled, serve or store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
