Charcuterie Board

Instructions:

1. Pick an appropriate sized board or tray
2. Shop in your own pantry for garden. Get seasonal!
3. Begin by placing the largest items apart from each other (i.e. cheese wheels, bowls)
4. Support with meats, fruits, veggies, crackers, spreads between the larger items
5. Tip: Fold or roll soft meats to create interest and height
6. Place items in casual piles, neat spreads or both!
7. Avoid same category items touching (i.e. 2 different cheeses)
8. Avoid sogginess: place wet items in bowls (i.e. olives)
9. Balance mix of bright colors around the board
10. Get creative: Play with shapes. Elevate items. Add decoration
11. Fill in open space with dried fruits, nuts, smaller items
