About this Project:

This DIY Infusion Jar will transform your liquor choice into a tropical + citrusy sipper that will have you dreaming of sunshine and warmer days.

Items Needed:

  • Dehydrated Lime
  • Dehydrated Pineapple
  • Dehydrated Orange
  • Hibiscus Lime Rimming Sugar
  • Liquor of Choice (Vodka, Gin, Tequila, Rum or Bourbon)

Tools:

  • Large Glass Jar with Lid

Instructions:

  1. Place dehydrated fruit and rimming sugar in a jar
  2. Fill the jar with your liquor of choice
  3. Place lid on the jar, and refrigerate for three days to infuse
  4. Strain into another container
  5. Enjoy!

BlueHenry’s suggested mix: Add a strained 1.5oz shot of your infusion to a glass of ice and top with pineapple juice. Add a BlueHenry garnish of your choice to complete!
