About this Recipe:

This bright and citrusy cocktail will be the star of the show- whether at your next gathering or paired with your favorite dessert at home (we suggest strawberry cheesecake).

Ingredients:

1 fresh lime slice for rim
4 oz grapefruit juice
3 oz vodka
1 tbsp strawberry jam
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup ice
Club soda (optional)
BlueHenry Strawberry Peppercorn Sugar
BlueHenry Dehydrated Grapefruit

Tools:

Cocktail shaker with strainer
Cocktail glass

Instructions:

Run a lime wedge along the rim of a cocktail glass, dip in strawberry peppercorn sugar, and set aside.
Combine grapefruit juice, vodka, strawberry jam, lemon juice, and ice.
Shake vigorously until jam has been well combined.
Strain into prepared glass and top with club soda (optional)
Garnish with a BlueHenry grapefruit slice and enjoy!
