Dehydrated Pineapple

About this Recipe:

Paradise!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz of white or coconut rum
  • .5 oz of unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 oz of orange juice (no pulp)
  • 1 oz Grenadine

Tools:

  • Shaker
  • Strainer

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker half filled with ice add rum, coconut water, and orange juice
  2. Shake and pour over ice
  3. Pour 1 oz of Grenadine down the side of the glass so that ‘pools’ at the bottom of the glass creating a sunrise effect
  4. Garnish with BlueHenry dehydrated blood oranges or pineapple
