Sometimes a whole slice is too big for your needs. Perhaps it needs to fit in a champagne flute or on a small pastry – then this should meet your needs. They are on average 2-2.5 inches long and 1 inch wide.
These oranges are sliced in half prior to drying which can make them curl a bit. These are a nice solution for infusions. However the small nature of the product may not be best for other presentations.
