About this Recipe:

Enjoy Christmas in a cup with this festive cocktail! This creamy twist on the classic margarita is made with a refreshing coconut-lime base,
and garnished with a pop of ruby-red cranberries. Made to share, the drink is sure to be the talk of your holiday party! Serves 6-7.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Coconut Water
  • ¾ cup Tequila
  • 1.5 cans of Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Lime Juice
  • ½ cup Cointreau
  • Fresh Cranberries
  • Honey (for rimming glass)
  • BlueHenry Lime Rimming Salt
  • BlueHenry Dehydrated Limes
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs

Tools:

  • Large Pitcher
  • Large Spoon to stir
  • Glasses for serving

Instructions:

  1. To a large pitcher add ice, coconut water, tequila, coconut milk, lime juice, Cointreau and cranberries. Using a large spoon, stir everything
    together until coconut milk no longer separates.
  2. Rim your chosen glass with honey, then BlueHenry Lime Rimming Salt.
  3. Fill your glass.
  4. Garnish with BlueHenry Dehydrated Limes and fresh rosemary
