About this Recipe:

Save that jam jar!🍓Turn your leftover jam into a juicy, refreshing cocktail. We love using strawberry jam & gin, but there are tons of delicious combos that you can try.

Top your drink with a BlueHenry Dehydrated Lime slice for a fun presentation and added lime flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Gin
  • ~2 oz Strawberry Jam
  • Soda Water on top
  • Ice
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • BlueHenry Dehydrated Lime for Garnish

Tools:

  • Jam in jar
  • Glass

Instructions:

  1. Pour gin and lime juice into an almost empty jam jar. If the lid isn’t loosening, try running the lid under warm water.
  2. Shake until the jam is combined. Pour into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with soda water
  4. Garnish with BLueHenry Dehydrated Lime slice
